‘Beowulf’ in the mead hall
Join us for this epic event from 1-5 p.m. (come and go as necessary). We’ll read ‘Beowulf’ in Old and Modern English from start to finish. Bring your own copy of ‘Beowulf’ or borrow one at the event. Mead-hall feast for participants to run concurrently. Coordinated by Assistant Professor of English Heather Maring and co-sponsored by the Arizona Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies (ACMRS).
