ASU Engineering Open House

The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering are hosting the FIRST EVER Engineering Open House. This FREE event will offer two days of fantastic projects, exhibits, activities and more. There will be hands-on demonstrations and activities for kids of all ages including: "Science is Fun" Demonstrations and tours LEGO Robots and other hands-on activities sponsored by Engineering student organizations Build a Rubber Band Car plus a Fuel Cell Car demonstration Build a Basic Roller Coaster Build a Simple Mechanical Machine Raft Rally, Slime-Making and Volcano building Biomechatronics Lab Tour: See robotics at work Materials Lab Tour: a fascinating look at the world of materials See a modern trebuchet launch and build and launch water bottle rockets Rube Goldberg Demonstrations and Wind Turbine demonstration Biomedical Engineering Lab Tour (3D printer and laser cutter) You can also check out displays and demonstrations from over 45 student organizations and teams, tour our new eSpace design studio or get a behind-the-scenes tour of some engineering labs. Friday, March 30 is the K-8 field trip day! The Arizona Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies will be there with our Arbalest!
